The timing varies between people and products. Many people see results quickly, but we recommend you give most products time to build up in your system. Nearly all of our products are based on ingredients that have been studied in clinical trials.
Orders are processed for shipping the day after purchase. They typically take 5 – 7 days to arrive unless rush shipping is chosen.
No. You will not be charged anything else unless you have chosen to take advantage of our preferred customer club / auto-ship program. If you have chosen to take advantage of the preferred customer club / auto-ship program you can pause, cancel or customize your order at any time with our customer care team.
All of our products are manufactured in the United States in certified GMP facilities. GMP Certification is a 3rd party certification program that includes inspection of manufacturing facilities. These inspections are designed to ensure products are produced and controlled according to quality safety standards. Our manufacturers stringently adhere to the Good Manufacturing Practices required for Dietary Supplement Manufacturing.
ASR only uses optimum levels of key ingredients, in amounts that credible clinical trials confirm are needed for efficacy. Many companies add “window dressing” (i.e. small ineffective amounts) so they can include the ingredient in their marketing material. They do this despite knowing their customers will not get a benefit. We do not do this. Also, ASR only purchases raw ingredients that come with a certificate of analysis for potency and purity. Additional testing is then done during the manufacturing process. This means that every ingredient is guaranteed to be pure and potent.

We genuinely want you to be satisfied with your products and experience. With this goal in mind, we have made it easy to return product for a refund or exchange.
1. Contact our customer support center 24 hours a day at support@asresearclabs.com, or call us at 1-866-869-5392, Mon–Friday 9am – 5pm ET for the Return Address and RMA.

2. Return the empty and unused portion of your product. When contacting customer service, they will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number on the outside of the package.

Important: Customer service needs the RMA to process your refund. Mail your package to: AS Research LLC Attn: Returns RMA# 384 Green Leaf Dr Grovetown, GA 30813 Note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays.

3. All packages returned, refused, or undelivered will be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.

4. Returns must be post marked within 60 days from purchase date.

5. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the package. Please allow up to 5 days for your financial institutions to process the refund and up to 30 days for delivery of checks.

6. Note: A $8.95 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
We offer a 3 month exchange program.

2. If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you may request that we send another quality product in “exchange” for it with free shipping.

3. All exchanges are final which includes returning the original product for a financial refund and any products sent in “Exchange”.
