Fall Asleep Faster, Stay Asleep Longer And Enjoy All The Health Benefits That Come From Deep Quality Sleep Without The Side Effects Of Prescription Drugs And Habit-Forming Pills.

It’s hard to overstate just how important sleep is to your health. And while problems falling asleep are obvious, some people suffer the negative effects of poor quality sleep without even knowing the damage it is causing in their lives.

Dear Friend,

Do you know just how important sleep is to your health and well-being?

Probably not.

If you’re like most people, you’re aware that losing sleep for a night or two is unpleasant, or that having a busy season where you get less sleep wears you down (e.g. college finals, busy time at work or having a newborn).

What you may not know is how chronically poor sleep is negatively affecting your health..

You see, even if you can fall asleep fairly easily, you may not be achieving the type of deep sleep your body needs to avoid the negative consequences associated with a lack of sleep.

In other words, healthy sleep consists of both quantity and quality.

In fact, many people suffer from a lack of quality sleep without even knowing it. They just know they wake up feeling tired, they can’t remember things like they used to, they’re more out of shape than they’ve been in a long time, etc., etc.

This all makes more sense when you know that sleep problems revolve around two primary issues:

1.      Difficulty or inability to fall asleep

2.      Difficulty or inability to achieve the levels of sleep that the body needs for optimum health (i.e. sleep quality)

The first problem is pretty obvious, but the second is better understood by becoming aware of the phases your body should go through when you sleep.

First, there are three phases of Non-Rapid Eye Movement (Non-REM or NREM) sleep which typically comprise about 75% of your sleep each night. You go through all three phases before reaching REM sleep.

Phase 1: Your eyes are closed, but it's easy to wake you up.

Phase 2: You are in “light” sleep. Your heart rate slows and your body temperature drops as it gets ready for deep sleep (this is why sleeping in a cool room can be helpful).

Phase 3: This is the deepest and most restorative stage of sleep before Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep. It's typically hard to wake you during this stage, and if someone did you would feel disoriented for a few minutes. This NREM stage of sleep is where the body repairs and regrows tissues, builds bone and muscle, and strengthens the immune system. It’s also where energy is restored and hormones are released.

Phase 4: Rapid Eye Movement (REM) REM sleep typically happens about 90 minutes after you fall asleep, and the first cycle usually lasts 10 minutes. Each subsequent REM phase gets longer, and the final one may last up to an hour. Your heart rate and breathing quickens during the REM phase, and this is where intense dreams may happen since your brain is more active. REM is important for several reasons. In particular, scientists believe REM contributes to brain health and emotional stability, and it also establishes your circadian sleep cycle progression (i.e. your inner clock). Circadian sleep cycle progression is important because when you are sleep deprived your body can progress to REM sleep too quickly and not spend enough time in the preceding phases.

So What Happens When You Don’t Get Sufficient Quantity Or Quality Of Sleep? It’s Not Pretty…

Sleep affects nearly EVERY aspect of your health, which is why it is very difficult to be the healthiest optimum version of yourself when you aren’t getting enough sleep or enough quality sleep.

One of the most obvious is your immune system.

It’s no secret that your immune system needs sleep to keep you from getting sick and to heal your body when you do get sick. Poor sleep causes you to be more vulnerable to sickness and makes it much more difficult to heal from even minor illnesses like the common cold.

And let’s not forget our attractiveness / physical looks (they don’t call it beauty sleep for nothing J). According to Harvard Medical School…

“Getting a good night’s sleep may even improve your looks. Not getting enough sleep makes the blood vessels dilate and causes those dark circles under your eyes. Also, lack of sleep can cause your skin to sag, making you look worn out. When you sleep, your body, including your skin, goes into “repair mode” and renews itself by replacing old, tired cells with brand new cells.”

Harvard Medical School went on to identify other functions affected by sleep:

1. Metabolism and weight: Chronic sleep deprivation may cause weight gain by affecting the way our bodies process and store carbohydrates, and by altering levels of hormones that affect our appetite.

2. Cardiovascular health: Serious sleep disorders have been linked to hypertension, increased stress hormone levels, and irregular heartbeat.

3. Disease: Sleep deprivation alters immune function, including the activity of the body’s killer cells. Keeping up with sleep may also help fight cancer.

4. Learning and memory: Sleep helps the brain commit new information to memory through a process called memory consolidation. Lack of sleep severely disrupts this process.

5. Mood: Sleep loss may result in irritability, impatience, inability to concentrate, and moodiness. Too little sleep can also leave you too tired to do the things you like to do and without the energy to enjoy life.

Most people don’t argue with the idea of how important sleep is, which is why people who struggle to sleep seek out solutions. However…

There Is A Reason Many of The Most Popular Sleep Aides Don’t Work…

Actually, there are several reasons…here are the biggest:

1. Not all sleep aides are non-habit forming. While some of these solutions may work temporarily, they can create a heavy reliance on the sleep aide. In other words, if you were to stop taking it, you would be in a worse position than when you started. Usually this is because your body stops producing the hormones and chemicals it is being supplemented with.

2. Most sleep aids only focus on one aspect of your sleep. In most cases, sleep aides will help you fall asleep, but they don’t help you stay asleep. As you can probably guess, helping you fall asleep is great, but it doesn’t solve the problem of staying asleep and getting enough quality sleep!

3. They fail to address a big factor of falling asleep: the mental component. Sure, they provide ingredients that facilitate falling asleep, but they don’t work for many people because they find it too difficult to get their thoughts to stop racing after a busy day. The result? Many still can’t fall asleep!

Needless to say, this makes finding a comprehensive and effective solution difficult because most people do not want something that’s addictive and they don’t want to take a ton of pills that are expensive and difficult to manage.

That’s why we developed Super REM.

Super REM was designed with five primary goals in mind:

1.      Help people fall asleep with peace and calm. This involves more than just supplementing the body with hormones. Super REM includes natural herbs and ingredients that have been shown to help safely calm people’s nerves and facilitate winding down after long stressful days.

2.      Assist you in staying asleep and facilitate each stage of the sleep cyclein order to achieve the quality sleep your body needs. Since each stage has different benefits, we wanted to make sure you are able to experience each of them to the fullest.

3.      Be safe and non-habit forming. As important as sleep is, we don’t want to achieve it at the expense of other aspects of our health or jeopardize our ability to sleep naturally in the future.

4.      Give you great rest without feeling like you are in a fog the next day.Sleep aides are notorious for making people feel groggy and not themselves for a couple hours or more after they wake up. Super REM was designed to help you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

5.      Promote hormone optimization. A.S. Research was originally founded to help people achieve fitness, strength, figure and physique goals. Sleep is critical to this process. Even if you don’t have specific fitness goals, the hormone optimization ingredients are designed to help you have more energy, achieve greater rejuvenation during sleep, promote muscle and reduce fat.

As you can imagine, a sleep aide that can do these things is dramatically ahead of the rest of what’s available on the market today.

Part of our philosophy at A.S. Research is not to hide behind proprietary blends. Many companies do this and say it’s because they don’t want the competition to steal their formulation, but in reality, it’s because they know they aren’t putting enough of the meaningful ingredients in the capsule.

In fact, we go a step further and tell you exactly what’s in our formulation and why.

Here’s what I mean…

Super REM - supplement facts

Let’s take a closer look at why we chose each of these ingredients…

5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)- is a naturally occurring substance derived from the seed pods of Griffonia simplicifolia, a West African medicinal plant. 5-HTP is the immediate nutrient precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin (5-HT), which means it converts directly to serotonin in the brain. Restoring serotonin levels can help improve:

  • General Mood
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Weight loss
  • PMS
  • Chronic headaches
  • Migraines
  • Fibromyalgia

Looking specifically at insomnia, “taking an amino acid formula (Gabadone) containing gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and 5-HTP helps people with sleeping problems fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer” (WebMD).

GABA (gamma-Amino butyric acid) - is an amino acid which acts as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. It is known for its ability to inhibit nerve transmission in the brain, which calms nervous activity (e.g a natural tranquilizer that has a calming or quieting influence). It does this by blocking nerve impulses and slowing neuronal transmission. A good example to help understand this effect is caffeine, which inhibits GABA release. The less GABA, the more nerve transmissions occur. Think what too much coffee feels like: that is the sensation of glutamate without enough GABA. So supplementing GABA should make you feel the opposite of a double espresso. Looking specifically at insomnia, GABA can be effective for people who are over anxious or who complain of insomnia due to “too many thoughts which I can't shut off.”

L-Ornithine L-Aspartate – It has been shown to increase sleep quality and reduce feelings of fatigue after waking up. Without inhibiting sleep, it is believed to increase energy and physical performance. Ornithine does this by optimizing hormones and being an effective bodily waste remover. When your cells break down nitrogen-containing compounds such as proteins, they produce ammonia as a byproduct, which can be toxic if not removed -- ornithine is central to this process and gives the cycle its alternate name, the ornithine cycle. Allowing ammonia to accumulate in the blood can cause lack of energy

L-Arginine HCl - is an amino acid usually obtained from the diet and is necessary for the body to make proteins. Arginine is found in red meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products. It is a very popular and powerful amino acid because it is converted in the body into a chemical called nitric oxide which causes blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow. L-arginine also stimulates the release of growth hormone, insulin, and other substances in the body. Without inhibiting sleep, it is believed to increase energy and physical performance.

Lemon Balm 10:1 - Lemon balm, or “Melissa Officinalis,” is an herb belonging to the mint family that’s been used for centuries to treat anxiety, sleep disorders, indigestion and wounds. It has been shown to have a calming effect and help to induce sleep. Studies featuring lemon balm have shown improved sleep patterns and reduced stress and anxiety.

Magnesium (as Albion® Di-Magnesium Malate – 20% & Magnesium Oxide – 60%) (20% Mg) - Magnesium as Di-Magnesium Malate is a combination of two of the most absorbable forms of magnesium.  These forms enable you to get the highest amount of the supplement into your body because of increased bio-availability. Magnesium is one of the body’s most important minerals and is used in more than 300 biochemical reactions. Magnesium is known as a “powerful relaxation mineral” because of the calming effect it has on the nervous system.

Melatonin - Melatonin is a naturally occurring neurohormone secreted by the pineal gland in the brain and it is well known for causing and regulating sleep. It is known as one of the most powerful sleep aides available because of its effective use by those who have insomnia, jet lag or do regular shift work. Other benefits of melatonin include general neuroprotective effects, as melatonin is a powerful antioxidant. It also has several anti-cancer properties, and it appears to help keep your body from gaining more fat.

Zinc Oxide (80% Zn) - Zinc is needed for the proper growth and maintenance of the human body. It is found in several systems and biological reactions, and it is needed for immune function, wound healing, blood clotting, thyroid function, and much more. Meats, seafood, dairy products, nuts, legumes, and whole grains offer relatively high levels of zinc. It is also believed to be an aphrodisiac as well as a testosterone booster for men. It is included in Super REM because several of these functions are performed while asleep.

As you can see, the formulation for Super REM is awesome!

But I’m sure you’ve still got the one key question…

"How Can I Know If It Will Work For Me?"

Given the number of scammers and sleep aides that fail to deliver, it's a perfectly legitimate question.

In fact, even with a super-high-quality supplement like this there is a chance that your body won't react as optimally those in the studies.

So bottom line is this:

You can't know without trying...

And so with that in mind, I'm willing to assume 100% of the risk to let you figure it out.

Yep, I will send you a bottle of Super REM, let you try every capsule, and if for ANY reason whatsoever you're not satisfied, I will refund the ENTIRE purchase price.

I firmly believe you shouldn't be on the hook to pay for a product that doesn't perform consistent with what I claim it will.

That's my pledge to you and why I'm willing to take all the risk.

Now that we’ve established that, you’re probably wondering “how much does it cost?”

The good news is, the formulation for Super REM is awesome. The bad news is the ingredients are expensive and we didn’t skimp on them.

With that in mind, my financial team would not approve a price below $59 per bottle (I fight them, but they keep me from going broke so they usually win J).

(And frankly, less than $2 per day is a steal for the benefits you’ll experience from better sleep.)

BUT…. We do want to get this product in as many hands as possible as quickly as possible so I was able to negotiate introductory prices I think you’ll appreciate.
